Nothing for the first 30 days: every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial that needs no credit card. After that, paid plans start from €19.99 per agent/month billed annually (€24.99 billed monthly) and include a monthly allowance of AI resolutions per agent. If you don't upgrade, your workspace continues on the Free plan — €0, no time limit, no credit card, with 25 one-off AI resolutions plus any unused trial resolutions.

Yes — from the billing portal, no email or call required. Cancelling stops the renewal, and at the end of the period your workspace steps down to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

CustomerEagle doesn't add a WhatsApp markup, but WhatsApp itself runs on Meta's official Business API, which carries Meta's own per-conversation fees. Those are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, not by CustomerEagle.

It answers using content from your own knowledge base and shows the citation. When it isn't confident enough it hands the conversation to a human instead of guessing.
