It writes, it never sends. On Professional the AI drafts one sequence email or a whole sequence — the timing, the emails and optional call tasks — from the ideal customer you describe and the names of your products. A generated sequence is saved as a draft: nothing goes out until a rep has reviewed it, activated it and enrolled contacts.
Not for leads, the pipeline, meetings or quotes. If your team lives in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho, Premium keeps both in sync in both directions. Connecting moves nothing on its own: you preview what will change, then import.
Reps see their own and unassigned leads and deals by default, plus anything shared with them. A deal can be shared with a colleague, a team or the whole company, with view or edit rights, and admins choose per person which products they can use.
