The first beta focuses on unpaid reservations, the restaurant widget and booking page, floors, hosting and guest communication. Guest deposits, prepaid experiences and gift sales require later merchant payment activation.
Restaurant Service and Growth include native restaurant phone tools. AI Voice requires its own active add-on and a supported provider/number. Number and usage charges are separate from your restaurant location subscription.
Yes. The embeddable widget uses your branding and restaurant wording, with direct booking controls, published experience menus and visit information. A separate public booking page is also available for each published location.
Native CSV imports have preview, conflict review and replay protection. We rehearse the move with your operator. Payment tokens, deposits and marketing permission are not inferred or automatically imported; outstanding liabilities need reconciliation.
CustomerEagle charges a restaurant subscription per active location, with no per-cover booking fee. Optional Voice and other platform products have their own charges. Stripe processing fees apply when guest payments are activated.
