The details, upfront
Built on clear terms.
The standard program pays 20% of settled net base subscription revenue and eligible Marketing and Restaurants add-on subscription fees for 12 months from the first qualifying payment. Each referral keeps its agreed terms.
Read the partner terms- Minimum 30-day hold; minimum payout €50 or US$50. Currency balances stay separate.
- Annual prepayments release commission over service months. Refunds and disputes can adjust or hold earnings.
- Taxes, extra agent seats, other add-ons, metered usage and credit purchases do not earn commission.
- New eligible customers only. Attribution, qualification and payout conditions are set out in the partner terms.
A few things to know.
Who can join the partner program?
Creators, publishers, communities, agencies and consultants can apply. Verify your email and wait for our team to approve your application before creating usable referral campaigns.
Which subscriptions earn commission?
The standard program includes eligible base subscriptions plus Marketing and Reservations/Restaurant subscription fees. It excludes taxes, extra agent seats, other add-ons, metered usage and credit purchases. The partner terms define the full eligibility rules.
How are referrals attributed?
The first valid consented referral link is retained for 30 days. A valid code explicitly entered during email signup takes precedence. A qualifying first payment must arrive within 90 days of signup, and existing customers and Shopify billing are excluded.
When can I receive a payout?
Commission has at least a 30-day hold. Released balances need to reach €50 or US$50 in their own currency, and account and finance verification must be complete. Payouts follow our monthly finance review and approval process; they are not automatic transfers.
Do I use my CustomerEagle login?
Your partner account has its own credentials at partner.customereagle.com. The portal shows your campaigns, pseudonymous referral progress and earnings; it does not give access to customer workspaces.
