The analytics page adds weekly trends, audience growth, the channel mix and your top campaigns, and “Explain these results” has the AI say what worked, citing the numbers it used. Opens are labelled estimated, because Apple Mail hides the real ones; clicks are exact. On Growth, A/B tests pick a winner and attribution ties won deals and Shopify orders back to the campaign.

Consent per channel
Only contacts who opted in to email, SMS or WhatsApp receive it. A withdrawn consent is checked again right before the send.
Unsubscribe and STOP
One-click unsubscribe headers on every email; STOP replies to an SMS are honoured in five languages.
Preference centre
Customers choose email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone on one page — and change their mind whenever they like.
Quiet hours and caps
Keep campaigns out of the night and stop one person getting five sends a week. SMS never goes out between 21:00 and 08:00.
Four-eyes approval
Have a second person approve large sends. Change the content or grow the audience by a quarter and the approval is withdrawn.
Budgets and auto-pause
A monthly budget with a hard stop and alerts at 50, 80 and 100 percent. Sending pauses itself if complaints pass 0.3 percent.

Your campaigns finally know who's mid-conversation.

Support conversations, deals and campaigns sit on one contact with one consent history. A customer with an urgent or unhappy support issue open is held out of campaigns and journeys; a “stop mailing me” in a chat or email becomes an opt-out a person approves; and a reply to a campaign lands in your inbox, linked to that campaign — a reply from a prospect, or one that asks about buying, also becomes a Sales lead. In the inbox, agents with Marketing access see the customer's consent, any pause and active journeys beside the conversation.

Each connection is a switch in Settings, on by default for new workspaces. Replies need a domain that receives email; turning them into leads needs Standard or up. Marketing permissions start with owners and admins.

No. The add-on works on any plan, Free included, and is billed monthly through Stripe. Workspaces billed through Shopify can't add it yet.

Only emails CustomerEagle sends for you. Emails through your own SMTP mailbox are never counted, SMS and WhatsApp are billed by your own provider, and extra emails are only charged if you switch overage on.

Yes — from your own domain once it is verified (custom email domains are part of the Standard plan and up), or through your own SMTP mailbox on any plan. Until then, campaigns go out from our sending domain with your business name.

Every channel needs its own marketing consent, the most recent answer wins, and no answer counts as no. Consent is checked again just before sending, unsubscribes are one click, and STOP replies to an SMS are honoured. Sign-up forms are single opt-in.

It drafts them; you decide what goes out. Describe the campaign and the AI writes a first version — subject, preview text and blocks — suggests up to five subject lines, and rewrites any block shorter, longer, friendlier, more formal, more persuasive, corrected or translated. Merge tags stay intact, and nothing is saved or sent until you use it. Each request uses one AI credit from your plan (Standard and up).

Contact details, lifecycle stage and lead status, deals and won revenue, open leads, support conversations and satisfaction ratings, orders from a connected Shopify store, email engagement and consent — and, on Scale, predicted churn risk, lifetime value and best channel. Sales and support fields follow each marketer's own access, deals a rep keeps private never count, and amounts in another currency are left out rather than converted.
